Super Salad

Eat before dinner.

1 big bowl

  • Watercress/ Arugula/ Romaine

  • Celery

Mix in separate cup

  • 2 tbsp Raw Coconut Vinegar

  • 3 tbsp Olive oil

  • 1 tbsp sunbutter

  • 2 tbsp Salt brine

  • 1 drop Essential Oil Supplement All Spices Blend (Basil, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Cilantro, Coriander, Fennel, Ginger, Marjoram, Oregano, Pink Pepper, Rosemary, Thyme, Turmeric)

Mix dressing into celery, then add the leaves.

Let sit at least 5 minutes to ferment.

Say "Thank you, food!"

Eat!
