ALGAE DRINK

The only healthy thing you need to make/ eat ever. Takes 2 minutes. Provides all minerals, amino acids, and fats the body needs to perform optimally. (Fruits and veggies are good for constipation, but other than that; You don’t need a personal chef or to be “rich” to eat the best and healthiest food on the planet- Remember, if you make over $34,000 / year, you’re the top 1%!)

EXERCISE

Tai Chi and Breathwork is free and gets you high (oxygen and hormones to brain and throughout body). Takes 10 minutes. You can eat all the healthy foods you want, but if you’re not doing breathwork, you’re wasting time and money.

FOOD QUALITY

Raw Honey for regular sugar, Pink Salt for regular salt, Sprouted Bread for regular bread. Raw Vinegar for regular vinegar. Clean Structured Water for regular water. Pasture raised beef, eggs, and dairy for regular beef, eggs, and dairy.

Eat water and algae drinks thru-out the day, and only one meal per day- beef, eggs and bread, or rice and veggies for dinner. No need for a varied diet!
